  Founder & Director

  Natalie is passionate about helping organisations grow through their people. She believes that when leaders have the confidence, capability and support to make good people decisions, stronger teams, healthier workplaces and long-term success follow.

  Through IZZA HR, Natalie partners closely with founders, CEOs and leadership teams to navigate the people challenges that come with change, complexity and growth. Her approach is practical, relationship-driven and grounded in the belief that successful organisations are built through strong leadership and a genuine investment in people.

  Known for her calm, trusted and down-to-earth approach, Natalie values long-term partnerships and believes strong organisations are built through practical leadership, meaningful relationships and a genuine commitment to people.

  Outside of work, Natalie is most proud of being Mum to her daughter Isabel. She loves spending time with family, building meaningful connections and supporting people and organisations that make a positive difference in their communities.

  HR Generalist & Business Support

  Leah is passionate about helping organisations build the people foundations that enable both businesses and employees to thrive. From leadership capability and succession planning to recognition programs and employee experience initiatives, she loves creating practical people solutions that strengthen culture and support long-term success.

  With a blend of HR expertise, business support experience, and a people-first approach, Leah is known for bringing structure, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does.

  Outside of work, Leah is a proud mum and wife who loves family adventures, creating lasting memories, and always having a creative project on the go. She believes the best workplaces are built on strong relationships, meaningful recognition, and helping people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
